In Cliniko, go to My info → Manage API keys, add a key, and paste it here.

One last step: in Cliniko, go to Settings and switch off appointment reminders (SMS and email) and appointment confirmation emails.

Pathir now sends confirmations and reminders for every appointment, and patients can reply to move or cancel. Leaving Cliniko's on would send patients two of each.
